Lake of the Ozarks is located in Central Missouri and is commonly regarded as one of the top watersport destinations in the United States. Lake of the Ozarks is one of the few lakes where you can own the shoreline and have a boat dock directly in front of your home or condo. Lake of the Ozarks is over 90 miles long and has 1300 miles of shoreline.

Lake of the Ozarks is comprised of several towns surrounding the lake and is considered to be a year round area with all the services necessary for a growing, thriving community. Osage Beach has a top hospital, medical complex complete with a new cardiac unit and a top rehab facility. The shopping is great with a factory merchant outlet mall with over 110 stores owned by manufacturers and featuring discount shopping at it's best.

We have 13 golf courses with more in the planning stage. Boating is outstanding at Lake of the Ozarks for everything from fishing to offshore powerboat racing.

Restaurants are first rate with many on the water and accessible by both boat or car.
